1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the App, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. User Account Creation

• Email Verification: Upon registration, a code will be sent to your email, which you must enter in the App to proceed.
• Password Requirements: Your password must contain at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one numeral, one punctuation mark, and have a minimum length of seven characters.

As a user of the KeepOn app, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Provide accurate information and update it as necessary.

4. Consent and Responsible Use

By using the KeepOn app, you agree to the following:

• Authorized Use: You confirm that you are legally authorized to monitor the dependents on whom you are installing the KeepOn app. This includes obtaining explicit consent from:
  • Elderly Adults: If you intend to monitor an elderly adult, you must obtain their consent before installing the app on their device.
  • Children: The app should only be installed on devices owned by children who are your legal dependents. By using the app, you certify that you are the guardian of the child and have obtained any necessary consent.
• Prohibited Use: You are prohibited from installing the KeepOn app on any device without the explicit consent of the individual who owns that device. Unauthorized installation may result in the immediate termination of your account and access to the app.
• Reporting Unauthorized Use: If you suspect any unauthorized use of the KeepOn app or any violation of these Terms of Use, you are encouraged to report this to support@keepon-app.com.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the monitoring of dependents. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InsularCode Ltd is not responsible for any data loss or service interruptions related to your use of the KeepOn app.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited behavior, or use the App without proper authorization.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where you are based.
