What is deleted?
Your account profile, settings, dependent-device information, locations, alerts, app rules and usage records associated with the service are scheduled for deletion.
Before confirming, KeepOn shows the information covered by your request.
How long does it take?
We verify your identity first. Most requests are completed within 30 days. Complex cases may take up to 60 days where applicable law permits.
Can deletion be reversed?
No. Once processing is complete, deletion is permanent. You can review what will be removed and cancel before the final confirmation step.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription; cancel that separately through the relevant store.
Are there legal exceptions?
Limited information may be retained when required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting or valid law-enforcement requests. Any retained information is restricted to the relevant purpose and retention period.
